It is finally here, the 2-hour Season 4 Finale. Tonight 8pm on ABC, Season 4 wraps up. How exactly do the Oceanic 6 get off the Island, and what happens to everyone else? Tonight ABC is playing the first episode of the finale at 8, followed by the new 2-hour epsiode at 9. Bottom line do not disturb me from the hours of 8pm-11pm. Then it’s another 8 months or so till the show comes back. Can you say DVD sales?
(Andimnotlying.com) — A public Fight Club-type affair in Union Square last Friday, drawing a large crowd: “All kinds of people: old people, moms with strollers, skateboarding teens, foreign tourists throwing Euros around. The rules were simple: find a partner, get in the ring. No face shots, tapping out ends the fight. No settling scores, just fighting for the fun of fighting.
This has to be the saddest fight of 2008. These two scrawny dudes duking it out, on the corner of a street in NYC, shit I think I would stop and watch, just to see these two slap box each other. I mean if your going to have a fight club, the first rule should always be, don’t talk about fight club. But I guess that rule went out the window when they decided they just couldn’t wait til’ sundown to wrestle each other in their tight jeans.
(WGR550) — The Bills continued Organized Team Activities in Orchard Park today and wideout Lee Evans was back in the fold. Evans has missed about a week of practice as he recovers from shoulder surgery performed in the offseason.
Tackle Jason Peters was absent once again. Roscoe Parrish, Angelo Crowell, Aaron Schobel and Kawaika Mitchell were all also not present at today’s voluntary workout.
Mitchell has a good excuse to be absent. The linebacker will be in New York later today along with the rest of the 2007 Giants’ team. They will receive their Super bowl rings.
Do you smell that? Yep, Lee Evans is back, ready to get going on the 2008 season. I hope he has a crazy year, that will not only be good for the Bills, but for the next team that is willing to pay some serious cash for him.
Do you think Kawaika will wear the Super Bowl ring to practice?
That’s right folks it’s that day of the week, that day which is more glorious than a 80 degree Friday afternoon, with your kids being babysat by someone, and you alone with that special someone and a bottle of Patron shall we say. It’s Thursday, and if your from Buffalo, live in/near/around Buffalo, or just plain ol’ went to school in the area, then you’ve been waiting on this day for months. That’s right folks it’s Thursday, and that means T.I.T.S, and not those curvaceous female mountains of flesh you love so much pervs, but THURSDAYS IN THE SQUARE.
That’s right, the one day you can leave work on time, yet arrive home late is here. This isn’t just a one day extravaganza, this runs throughout the entire summer, so make sure you get on down here at least one Thursday out of the summer. Don’t forget to head to Chippewa right after and hit one of the many night spots the strip has to offer.
Sunglasses, check, ID, check, Cash for drink tickets, check…….hope I didn’t forget anything. Now your officially Hot-n-Ready.
P.S. Over here at the Mailman, make sure you have a DD or alternate way of arriving at your destination following the square, because if you drink and drive, you will get caught (Cops everywhere are cracking down).
